Return Policy

Incorrect or defective units will be replaced or refunded. Returns for any other reasons will be charged a 10-20% restocking fee (because the manufacturers charge us those fees), and the buyer is responsible for return shipping costs. The returned item, along with the original box and packing materials, must be in resellable condition. We do not accept returns other than defective merchandise after product is assembled or used. Credit WILL NOT be issued for damaged or used products.

Any shipping discrepancy must be reported within 7 days from receipts of goods and the item must be returned within 14 days of receipt. No exceptions

Note: Returns sent back without a return authorization number are subject to higher restocking fees. Please do not return any items to us directly.

Credit will be issued after inspection of the product and the return requirements stated above are met.
