This German Quartz Cuckoo clock
is made of wood from the Black Forest in Germany. It features
five leaves, one burd and high quality German quartz movement
which operates on 2 "C" cell batteries. During the call
of cuckoo the double doors open, the cuckoo bird comes out and
cuckoos the number of hours at the top of the hour (five times
at 5 o'clock, six times at 6 o'clock, etc.). The call itself is
the actual recording of a cuckoo bird in the wilds. The pendulum
of the cuckoo clock swing side-to-side, but the weights don’t
work, because the quartz movement drawing power from batteries,
